Make sure you buy the Samsung stackable unit if you're going to have your washer and dryer stacked up....

I have purchased 5 of these (including for rental units). While they are a bit pricey for what you receive, it is really the only way to securely stack the units. They work great, and have never had an issue. And for those that don't read instructions, you should pass... there are some extra parts in the kit for different models. It looks simple, and it is, assuming you use the right parts. Best Buy should figure out how they can be purchased online without being treated as an appliance... the appliance delivery service scheduled with me to drop off the kit... they said they can not ship it. A big truck drives up... I was waiting for them to wheel in on a dolly, but they were able to hand carry the couple pounds.

Using my new Samsung washer and dryer as a stackable unit was a must for my current home setup, but with plans to take with us when we move, I was hesitant on using a stacking bracket for fear that they might require damaging the top surface by leaving permanent marks. These brackets however fit like a glove and since they mount to bottom of the dryer and back of the washer, not a scratch was made to the washer. Only a screw driver is needed to install these and installation is a snap. Just remove the feet from the dryer, these snap into place, install a couple screws and you're done! Hardest part is lifting the dryer onto the washer. After that, just screw the dryer to the washer and you're done. Washer and dryer become one solid unit. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stack their units.

The stacking kit was easy to install. They are made of plastic, but do the job. There is sometimes a small amount of squeaking between the washer and dryer when running. This may be do to the plastic material.

These are simple to install and compliment each other. You need this if you are planning on stacking them. Its just a couple of "skids" that you take the feet from the dryer and these snap into place to match the contour of the washer. There are some mounting screws in the back but I found it dosent move. I love these.

I wasn't sure if I would stack the washer and dryer but I bought this kit anyway, figured I'd return it if not needed. My wife was interested so I tried the stacking option and am glad I did. Less space wasted and now I get to make a folding area where the dryer used to sit.

This is my first time having a stackable washer and dryer. I got this kit and was able to attach it easily by myself. The directions were clear and it had parts for multiple Samsung models. It attaches very securely to both units.

It is plastic but does the job. The washer and dryer stacked nicely although my 5' wife needs a 2 step stool to reach the controls. We were stuck with a single laundry room which was too small so stacking solved the problem.

This kit came with my Samsung washer/dryer combo and it is a really good fit and way to stack the combo. It cuts down on vibration and that helps cut down on noise.

This easily stacked the Samsung washer and dryer in a small laundry closet. I did have to remove the door to the laundry area. But, that is due to the small area.

Needed more space in the laundry room and located this stacking kit. It took the laundry room from cramped to spacious. Wasn't too hard to set up either!

It is a smart invention . It saves a lot of space by placing them in top of each other. I am pleased with how simple it was to install it.

I bought for my Samsung Washer/Dryer and I have installed myself... very easy to install and really saves space!

Suggested if going to stack appliances. When both appliances are running there is no shifting occurring.

By stacking our washer/dryer this made our laundry more space, easy to setup... very happy
