You will need to try un-installing the driver and SteelSeries Engine, and re-install them to fix the issue. I had the same issue and SteelSeries support had me do this to resolve the issue. Here are the steps they gave me: (do not have headphones connected to computer during this process) 1. Uninstall SS Engine. Go to "C:\ProgramFiles\SteelSeries\SteelSeriesEngine3\uninst.exe" in your file explorer and run that executable file. 2. Search "device manager" or "Control Panel" and navigate to the device manager. Find the headphones under the list of devices, right click, select properties, then Driver, then uninstall. 3. Go to the Steel Series website and re-install the latest SS engine 4. Connect the headphones back to the computer and update. Good Luck!
