Got an amazing deal during black Fridays sale. I have had SteelSeries headsets in the past but not of this quality, the comfort and sound quality is off the charts. With being able to adjust each individual volume output for whatever tab you have open to being able to use the built in volume knob to switch between hearing the game and being able to hear your teammates only is very helpful. Would recommend anyone looking for a new headset and doesn't mind spending a few extra bucks to get this model.

I’ve switched from Corsair to Logitech to senheisers, those all make things sound like a bubble. SteelSeries gives a true and better sound. And to top it off you can change the individual audio output from chat (discord) to game without having to switch in and out of tabs due to a sound Knob.

It sounds great, has amazing durability, and Steel Series manufacturing support has you covered for any issues with the headset. I had one of the ears blow out on me and they replaced the headset for free after having it for 2 years. The dial that comes with this headset lets you control how loud you want your game, or chat channels separately. The only issue I had with the headset was the ear cushions irritated my skin, but they were very easily replaceable. Overall great headset.

Everyone usually says I sound really “crisp” when playing online Call of Duty or Fortnite. I’m on the PS5 and these worked just fine even tho the box says “pc” on it.

These are by far the best headphones, wired will always sound better over wireless. You don’t need the model with the DAC if you have a newer motherboard. I can hear footsteps and other movements in siege with no issue. Great with ambient games like control as well. Comfortable and mic is clear and crisp.

These are actually great quality and the sound is loud. The cord is long and had a game/chat mixer attached Halfway. You have to download software to tweak audio and the sick rgb lights on the mic. You can customize the led for mic mute as well. All the volume controls are on headset along with the mute button. There comfortable and feel real sturdy. Overall really satisfied with my purchase.

- A:Answer The mute button is a little confusing. It has to be pushed in to be unmuted. I assumed it was the other way around. If he's already made sure it's unmuted, they may be defective. I had to return my first one because I was intermittently getting no sound output.

- A:Answer You will need to try un-installing the driver and SteelSeries Engine, and re-install them to fix the issue. I had the same issue and SteelSeries support had me do this to resolve the issue. Here are the steps they gave me: (do not have headphones connected to computer during this process) 1. Uninstall SS Engine. Go to "C:\ProgramFiles\SteelSeries\SteelSeriesEngine3\uninst.exe" in your file explorer and run that executable file. 2. Search "device manager" or "Control Panel" and navigate to the device manager. Find the headphones under the list of devices, right click, select properties, then Driver, then uninstall. 3. Go to the Steel Series website and re-install the latest SS engine 4. Connect the headphones back to the computer and update. Good Luck!

- A:Answer If it's anything like the 7 series, then they're sone of the most comfortable. Unfortunately though, no matter the headphones, comfort only lasts so long. Weird tip,but wearing a hat seems to help too.

- A:Answer Hello Skylar: Appears you purchased a wired headset so no charging is required, simply plug the cables as instructed into a PC, Mac or Playstation device with the proper adapter and you are good to go. Please note, the USB connection will permit RGB illumination. Thanks, PW
