    Well-built and useful

    I do like this headset, and I've only noticed 2 negatives about it. 1. The audio fidelity doesn't match comparably priced pairs of wired headphones designed for music listening. 2. The Bluetooth connection cuts in-and-out when connected to my desktop PC. The built-in, retractable microphone is real good to have, the USB wireless connection is pretty flawless, and the bluetooth seems to work fine with my phone, so it might be a driver issue with the computer. Overall it seems great for gaming and streaming. The battery lasts a while: I don't game on my computer every day, so I only have to charge the headset once a week or less. It's built pretty solidly, and it's comfortable around my head and ears. Hopefully the ear cups will last as long as the other components; I know they tend to be the first thing to wear out, so it's good that replacement cups are $14.99 on the Arctis website.

    Okay headphones. Just not for this price.

    Not impressed with the quality of the headset for the price. Sound fine, and are they are quite comfortable besides feeling loose on the head.. messed with the band all I could and they either get too lose and slip past my ears, or they fit fine but it feels like it’s being pulled up while wearing them. They are super light weight which I like but at same time they just feel cheaper.

    Buy them. They're worth it!

    Honestly these headphones are the best purchases a multi platform gamer can choose. The setup was simple and streamlined. I can switch it between not only my cellphone but also my switch, my laptop, AND my ps5. Theyre comfortable even for someone like me with fairly decently sized stretched ears. I dont feel like i need ti take my earings out to be comfortable. The noise cancling on these are right where they need to be. The adjustability of the sound is also nice. All while not being tied down to a wire. For the price they are i would even say these are budget friendly for those who want to spend less than 250$ on a headstep but still get amazing quality.

    I’m actually surprised with the quality ! Also downloading the app made everything so much enjoyable to control volume and certain setting on the headset.

    Will buy again.

    One of my favorite headsets I’ve ever used. Comfortable, light weight, great audio clarity and my friends say I sound the most clear it’s ever been.

  • Can you use them without the type-c donger or is that required to use them?

    It is required to be able to use it without bluetooth. But if you plan to only use it with Bluetooth, you'll be fine. As an alternative to the dongle, you can use the cords that come with it, but it kinda defeats the purpose of a wireless headset.

  • Is this headset compatible with Microsoft Teams?

    Yeah it works perfect. I was using AirPods before I got this and I would only get audio through the right channel. Now all my teams calls are through both channels.

    for being a headset mic, it sounds clean, clear, and non walkie talkie like lol. I am satisfied with it, and while gaming, alot of friends say it sounds crispy

  • Can they be used via Bluetooth for phone calls or music when not gaming?

    Yes. They have a built-in Bluetooth mode that works very nicely. You can manually control the volume of the sound coming out and interact with the phone with the buttons on the headset. Honestly, these are a solid buy.

    Great question! This version would not be compatible, but the Xbox version would compatible with all platforms
