“how are the cameras powered?”

• There are 2 wires that run from the back of the dvr to the camera. One is for video the other is power. The power comes from a plug that goes into the wall and has a splitter that can power 5 cameras.

• It's connected to the dvr it comes with which is pluged into any outlet.

• The cameras are powered through the line that connects them to the Hard Drive

• 120 volt power supply - 12 volt output.
