Swann customer service ( 1-800-627-2799) just told me they are no longer supporting this system and do not have any products to support it or that will use same cameras, nor are they offering discounts to customers who purchased this system. Considering they did not notify customers with this device, I will never buy anything manufactured or sold by Swann again.
