    If I could give ZERO stars I would! Camera connection took in water within 3 months. The data connection had been corroded… they promised me a camera in the mail after hours of uploading photos and documents… only to receive a $5 cord! They are some of the most useless customer service people in the business! And clearly can’t engineer a reliable product. You can’t call the warranty people either. They have systematically built their phone system to kick the warranty can down the road. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB

    Your installation services are almost nonexistent. I've have 5 appointments that have yet to install 2 cameras. To rate you as poor is an over rate. So very disappointing.

    Very poor. It does not flash red or blue.I called about it got no help.it was suppose to be a new a camera.
