This antenna will work with the DVR-4580V however we do not currently sell it in the UK sorry. The main reason for this is that homes in the UK tend to have thicker walls and be better insulated so the antenna may struggle to get a reliable WiFi signal. You may wish to import one from USA, or you could also look at power line adaptors to get your DVR to connect to your router if you cannot wire it directly with a network cable.
