Hi Chip. Rich Notifications (where the push notification is accompanied by a photo of what caused the event) are available via our Secure+ subscription service, which is similar to what Arlo offer. Standard push notifications without an image attached are free to all users. Tapping on the push notification from the locked phone screen will open up the app and take you directly to a live stream of that camera. - SD, Swann Team
