• I find Wal-Mart My Family Mobile the cheapest. Talk and text now going for $13.50/month (introductory rate, $19.98 if promo is expired). You must purchase starter kit too ($59). Cheapest in long run. My Family Mobile or T-Mobile phones both work.

• On the T-Mobile website, they have a $35 a month unlimited talk and text plan. That seems to be your best bet using this Samsung phone. To get this phone unlocked, it will cost you about $20 additional, and at that price, you might as well get a smart phone instead for $40 total.
