• No your card doesn't run out untill the $100.00 is gone.

• Yes, you can use it until it runs account. Once you add the refill card the same amount will be added to your T-Mobile account

• I believe that if you buy and add a minimum $100 card,you will have 1000 minutes and achieve Gold status.Gold status means the minutes don't expire for a year.You will have up to a year to use the minutes without losing.If you don't use all 1000 minutes you can add $10,just before the 1 year anniversary date and extend the minutes another year.

• Yes just keep the card number in your phone's account and they will take the money off monthly.
