I just bought and set up the TCL 50r535 Roku TV. When I turn on the TV and select cable box there’s a notification saying to contact an Amazon wbsite. I have to turn off the TV, wait a bit, turn the power back on, then the TV works. What’s going on? null

Sounds more like the Amazon Fire version rather than the Roku
