If you hard wire the camera (directly to fuse box), camera detecs any motion infront of it and records it.
To hard wire the camera you need additional cable.

Only records while the power is on. Besides, it only records what is going on in front of the car, not inside.

It will as long the person is in front of camera..it has motion detection in park mode ...

With parking surveillance mode, the dash cam will be able to detect and record any cases of motion and impact to your vehicle. To enable parking mode, you will have to hardwire the dash cam to your vehicle's fuse box via the hardwiring cable (TW-SH).

I honestly don't know. It has to have power to it using a cigarette plug so I'd say no. However if you have an auxiliary power to it running all the time, it will record every conversation inside the vehicle
