“Thinkware X500--Camera does not alert me to red light cameras .No voice warnings .I only get beeping every 15 to 20 seconds.I reset camera but do not know how to retrieve voice and active video.Thank you.”

If you are referring to the F-50, this cameras does not have those capabilities built in. I think you are referring to a totally different camera

Insert the microSD card into the computer and go to our website thinkware.com > support > download > X500 > X500 Speed Cam Data. Once the file has finished downloading, copy and paste the file into the driveinfo folder on the microSD card. Eject the microSD card from the computer and insert back into dash cam. Once you power the unit on, the dash cam will configure the file and it should enable the red light/speed cam alerts.
