“It looks like this uses an adhesive dash mount. Is that type of mount able to be removed easily and put in another car? Or is it basically best to be mounted and left alone for the most part? Unlike a suction cup mount which can be easily transferred.”

You would need to buy more adhesive mounts if you want to use the unit in more than 1 car.

For those reasons, we do not recommend users to remove and reattach the mount unless needed. We have additional mount accessories available at Best Buy for users who wish to transfer the dash cam in between vehicles. Users can simply detach and reattach the dash cam to different mounts.
