Yes, but you can turn the sound off.

Yes. But if you record sound you limit the amount of video you can capture. I disabled sound recording so that I would have max video time.

Yes it will record audio, just hold the button on the side in for about 3-5 seconds and release you will hear a it say "Voice recording enabled" if you hear "manual recording started" it means you held the button to long so just try again (you will also have less record time when recording audio). You can turn off audio recording the same way.
