“How do i transfer video footage to a "thumb drive"? I recently needed to turn over video footage of a truck fire but was unsuccesful in transferring to a " zip" drive. I had to play on laptop then record with my i-phone. The clarity was not very good.”

Hi Tommy. There are two ways users can save footage onto an external drive. You can first save a copy of the footage on the MicroSD to location on your personal computer (like DeskTop for example) and then copying and pasting into the external drive. Or you can copy and paste footage on the MicroSD directly to an external drive. Please keep in mind that you will need to have the external drive plugged into your computer first before you can save footage onto it. We hope this answer was helpful to you. Plug in a USB and wait for the computer to recognize it. Then copy/paste the file on your Desktop to the USB thumb drive.... or email it to whoever needs it.
