Yes they offer a rear camera. It is it's own wifi connection to your phone. Or you can connect by turning your phone into a hotspot. Parking mode can either be time lapse or motion detection. (Of course, my car is in an enclosed garage and it constantly sees things moving. As far as where to buy up there, you'll need to do your search.

The system has built in WiFi, you set your own unique password, and its completely free of charge. 3. Only if you hard wire the cameras to your car battery, that's what I did, and the parking feature is amazing. You can set it to motion detection, and it will record every instance of anything moving around/by your vehicle. Or incident recording where the system will begin recording once it detects some sort of impact, I was not comfortable with that setting, as I don't want to miss catching the full action, or possibly someone getting away after hitting my car. 4. I'm in the US so I can't answer that one however, I imagine you can order from Best Buy online and have it shipped to Canada.
