“So this is not the same as the S12 Plus? It seems quite confusing. In fact the other 2 retailers for Tineco ( Walmart and Amazon) list the vacuum as the S12Ex/S12Plus insinuating that they are one and the same. I still haven’t gotten a straight answer”

I believe they are one in the same but the plus model comes with a brush for vinyl flooring. An extra $100 if purchased separately

In the instruction manual, the S12Plus shows to include 2 extra attachments. They are a soft roller power brush, and a multi-angle folding tube. The S12EX that I purchased did not include these.
