Q: Does this model come with the soft roller for hardwood floors?
A: No, but you can buy this brush at Tineco website for $99.99. Also, the regular roller the vacuum comes with, works great on both hardwood floors and carpet, In fact, there's no need for that extra brush
Q: Do it have to be wall mounted to charge?
A: No, before I did decided to hang it on the wall, I simply plugged it into outlet. No problem at all.
Q: So this does not have the bare floor head included?
A: No, I was bummed about that. But the regular head does a decent job on hard floors. I gotta say it's quite nice if you have mixed flooring to just transition from carpet to hard floors seamlessly.
