“Does the vacuum stand on its own? or is it top heavy and will fall if not held?”

Definitely will not stand on its own. It is meant to be held as the bottom pivots.

cocomane, thank you for reaching out. The PureOne S12 EX does not stand on its own but does come with a dual-charging wall mount that charges the vacuum and the spare battery!

It WILL NOT stand on it's own...It is rather top heavy also...It is very powerful however, and does a fantastic job cleaning...

vaccuum works great, however by design there is a wall rack to store the unit and accessories. it will not stand alone if you let go of the handle while in use.

It won't stand unless you lean it on something. The handle part is heavy due to the motor.
