• Darlene, the PureOne S12 EX has trigger that you pull and comes with a trigger lock to hold the trigger for continuous power mode!

• Yes, my button failed in the first 6 months of ownership and Tineco refused my warranty claim because my unit was not bought direct from Tineco. They do not honor their warranty when you purchase their products from any other retailer than Tineco themselves.

• You can lock the switch so you don’t have to hold it with your finger but it is not fatiguing at all to just keep your finger on the switch
