• The mini will only work with an acceptable model of Tivo. You cannot use a mini alone.

• I don't believe so but you can call Tivo and ask - they are always very helpful

• Yes. We have it set up with our antenna. You just have to select your area in the set up so you get the right info on your guide.

• First the Mini is pluged into a Roamio using a rj45 connection. The Mini recieves its video from your main unit. I do not think the Mini works as a stand alone unit. Whatever your main unit recieves the Mini relays to the commected device.

• You will need a TiVo Roamio or Bolt on the same Network as the TiVo Mini to act as a host and provide a Tuner. The Mini has no Tuner or storage for recordings.
