I've run into similar issues as well. Try changing your naming for the routines. I've found that if they share similar names the system gets confused.

What I did instead was set to set the same schedule for each of the switches individually. By doing so, my different switches turn on and turn off at the same time. Go to the Kasa app and create the same turn on and turn off schedule for each of the switches separately. Hope this helps.
