I suffered from a spinal cord injury so it's imperative for me to have a smart Home, the switches work excellent, I have them in every room in my home the app is very easy to use and they are compatible with all of the voice assistant software. I had an electrician come over and they were quick and easy install replacing the normal light switches. I also had a couple of GE light switches and I like these much better. For some reason my GE switches default to on if the power goes out so you get stuck with the lights on until everything reboots.

Kasa Smart Devices - One thing I recommend is that you try and stick to one brand of smart devices. Do your research and my research for what I wanted to landed me with TP-Link's Kasa. I Owen a few of these switches as well as two of the powerstripas. I enjoy these most of what I want to do is available from their app. Although I will later do some more customizing. I have had this for almost a year and they are reliable. The two pictures below show default on and off modes. The off mode has small white ring light which can be turned off with the app. You can schedule these to go off and on at sunset/sunrise. Specific time and turn off automatically after a defined time every time it is turned on. This is helpful with the kids or spouse turns a light on and forgets. :-).

These smart switches are awesome and are a much better choice than buying smart bulbs. First off you dont have to worry about people cutting off the switch! If you own smart bulbs then you might understand my frustration. Also, these switches end up helping you save money over smart bulbs. My kitchen alone would have required 5 bulbs! I should also note that they where a breeze to install and setup. Both Google and Alexa picked the new switches and work seamlessly. One thing to keep in though, you will need to buy new switch plates unless it's a single switch. Not a big deal, but bestbuy doesn't sell em.

Bought 3. Work exactly as hoped. Simple install as long as you have neutral wire access and enough room in the switch box for the unit to fit...not huge but bigger than standard toggle or Decora switch. Easy connect to home WiFi and programming via smartphone. Priced at $15 each, worth every penny. There are other brands out there priced at nearly double that.

Easy to install!! Hooked up seem-less with Alexa in 10 mins. Every house will be different but you have to know what is the load wire to the light and live wire to the box. And you have to have a neutral wire.

Love this...replaced the switch to my front porch light with this. It works great and was easy to connect to the internet. Now i can turn the porch light on or off from anywhere in the world. I did have an electrician install it. Works well with the KASA app. Onlt 15 bucks. Get it!

I have purchased two of these and could not be any happier. Both the physical and the WiFi installation went really smoothly. I use these to turn outdoor lights on and off at sunset and sunrise, and they have both worked flawlessly since I got them. Before purchasing these I had tried a WEMO switch. While the physical install went well on that one as well, I was never able to get their app to work. I ended up uninstalling it, returning it and buying this one instead. I recommend it!

Yes this is a must buy if you’re techie, i got this cos of the price. I figured if it fails then I won’t be loosing too much but it’s been my best friend ever since. I’ve been showing off with it to my guests. Making your house lights smart hasn’t been any easier

I love these switches. The design perfectly matches traditional rocker switches, and they’re built to spec so any large switch cover will fit perfectly. I bought one of these, and I came back and got 4 more. They connect with the major internet of things controllers (Google Home, Assistant, Alexa, etc). Easy to setup and easy to work with. Especially if you catch a sale, these are the best smart switches for the price imo.

I put 4 of these in my home and I’m very happy so far. Easy to install and work beautifully with Alexa products. The app works great, much better than the Insignia app.

Installation and setup couldn’t be easier. Very clean look to it. Matches non smart wall switches. No need for additional hub to work with Amazon’s Alexa.Comes with 4 connector for easy 4 wire install.

Man I am no electrician but the instructions to set up was easy. I shut my power off unscrewed my light switch connected cables then done. Downloaded app set up real quick, set up Alexa skill, set up and now I have a routine to wake me up in the morning. I feel like the Jettson’s instead of the Flintstones! I can’t speak for anyone else but no probs so far. I set up 5 of these thing I took a few pics.

Excellent. The box is a little big as compared to the other rocker switch I had in there. Sits great in a two-gang box with my non-smart switch. If you’ve never installed a switch before, take your time, watch a lot of YouTube videos, shut off all power to your house, and make sure you have a way to see if the wires are hot that you know how to use. Of course, that’s just advice from my own experience, and would strongly suggest you pay a professional and watch how they do it. Anyways, switch is premium and still kicking. Kasa app is good.

Life easy with Kasa Smart switch. Operate from anywhere in the world

I have been looking for dusk-to-dawn option to lights on our front porch. I would like to keep it lighted for security, safety and beauty. It is a choir to turn on and off the lights everyday. Two lights on the porch are controlled by single light switch. Adding 2 sensors on the sockets does not look good. Adding separate light to front porch is not a good addition. This wifi switch addresses my immediate need. Installation is simple. We need to have "neutral" wire (4th wire) to make work. I was not paying attention to this requirement. Luckily, my house does include that wiring. It works perfectly with stand-a-lone apps or with Google app. In addition to dusk-to-dawn, we can manually turn it on/off (as in rainy days), or control it remotely via apps. I don't use provided wall-plate. It fits perfectly (as in the picture, right-most side) in current wall plate. I am very happy with this purchase. I bought more as gifts to family members.

It is a great product but make sure you have a white neutral wire in your switch box. Easy to connect to Alexa too..

Great product. Each to install and was easy to connect to the app. It also easily connected to the Alexa platform along with my other smart devices.

Good smart switch, easy to set up. It's weird that the indicator light is on when the switch is turned off. I'd prefer the opposite, but no big deal. App easy to use.
