Yes, but it’s one switch per lamp. Your app should allow you to switch on/off dim, etc, too, without hollering at Google.

However, please note that turning the lamps/lights off at the switch will cut power to them entirely, so they will not be able to resume functionality until power is restored by turning the HS200 smart light switch back on.
