Theoretically, yes. However, there will be some limitations, depending on your monitoring needs. For example, if you intend to use infrared night vision in any way, placing the camera behind glass will cause extreme distortion of the video/image due to the infrared LED lighting being reflected off the glass back into the camera lens. You will need to disable infrared night vision within the Tapo app and ensure the monitored area has plentiful ambient lighting at night. Additionally, you may not be able to fully utilize the pan/tilt range of the camera, depending on the placement of it and the location/size of the window.
