This plugs in and hooks up to your wireless network. Yes, you can view it from anywhere. It has an app, you get basic features like record on a usb and play back but you can purchase where it’ll send it to the cloud. On the app you can hear what’s going on but that’s recorded. I’m not sure if it can be live.
