• yes, minutes for talk, text and data will automatically transfer. you can keep your phone number and most of your contacts will transfer, or you can use bluetooth, if you have it to transfer to the new phone.

• Yes they will. The best way is to phone TracFone (from another phone) and they will do all the transfer over the phone. Be sure to have the serial no. and IMEI numbers handy. All minutes will be transferred to your new phone. I am very happy with my new phone. .
