Yes it is a Tracfone but I have been with Tracfone for 12 years.. this phone is Great Powerfull android 9.0 fantastic Camera with flash.. just Awesome I love it ....ohh and It holds a charge for a long time.

Nice phone I bought for my 5 year old grand son. It was easy for him to navigate through to watch his favorite videos on YouTube.

This is a very slippery phone. It will need an add-on mobile case or you will eventually drop it. I bought one from Amazon at a discount price. Best Buy may have a similar one. Just be sure to use the correct product describer ( LG Journey LTE L322DL) Otherwise, this is a reliable appearing device. Battery life is 24 hours until it shuts off as dead, then charges up within 3 hours (my experience). The operating system updated without a problem and was quickly done. It has minimal initially installed apps but, the sky is the limit until the memory is used up. I am opting for the yearly basic cell plan as it is the most economical and all I really need is a talky phone.

The new TracFone LG Journey phone is convenient to use, works very well, and has many good features. The text messages are easy to retrieve. The voicemail was easy and quick to set up. The phone camera is convenient and easy to use. The phone was a good sale price. The store representative had the phone activated at the time of purchase, and added the unlimited minutes from the phone card; so the phone was ready to use. The cell phone was available on the Best Buy website. The store location was listed with the information that there were two of the TracFone LG Journey cell phones available in the store that day.

I purchased this phone for my son. Has a forward and rear facing camera which I wanted him to have for video chatting. Easy to use and set up. Reasonably priced as well.

great phone. Charges quickly. Its nice and slim and the price is jus right for a prepaid phone. Takes nice pictures.

Only recently purchased, but it looks to be a decent little phone. The setup wasn't too bad and the few apps I've used so far have functioned fine. Best of all, the phone is inexpensive.

I carried a small trac phone for years for emergency purpose only. One day I called AAA when my car failed me and the operator couldn't hear me. I searched for a new phone and Best Buy had the LG Journey for the best price. While still trying to use all of the features on it, I can't put it down. This is the best buy that I could have made. Love it.

I bought this for my husband who is moving from a flip phone to a smart phone. Having had my own LG phone for several years, I got this very reasonably priced LG Journey. So far it works very well, granting that its use is still very limited. But I am sure we will not be disappointed. It‘s easy to get the news, the weather or do a Google search. Takes good pictures too. We are very happy with the purchase.

I bought this to replace my 5 year old LG phone, which won't run the latest android apps. It was easy to transfer my minutes and data. So far it's working well and is easy to use. Only problem was prying open the SD card slot to install my old card. You need long fingernails to pull it out.

This is our first smartphone. It gets good reception so far (haven't really traveled much since covid). It's been fairly easy to figure out how to use features. I've googled a lot. We got a 1 year plan for $125.00. and have plenty of minutes and text left. We are very happy with this phone. Would definitely buy another when our other phones quit working (they are 20+ years old).

Had to transfer my photos one by one to new phone. First two weeks calling TracFone all the time since not much in the pocket guide. I installed app TRANSFER WIZARD but couldn't transfer photos. Tried to install TW on my old phone but didn't work. Finally a TracFone agent helped me - told me how to do it through BLUETOOTH. iT worked! But took me so long. Then transferred my contacts manually. On new phone can open links that friends text or email. Old phone couldn't do it. Photos are clearer and nicer. Still learning where things are on the phone. But so much nicer than old phone. AND many emojis to choose from. Old phone just had smiley face, that's it!

I have used Tracfone for at least 10 years. Most of the phones I have had have been LG, easy to use and low price for a lot of features.

Phone is a good size, lots of features, and keeps a charge for quite a while.

This phone works better than the $275 G9 Pro I just returned. It does not drop calls, stays charged for a long time, and isa reliable smart phone. I highly recommend this phone!
