Great phone with really nice features for the price tag. I would highly recommend to those looking for a decent phone but without a ton of cash at the moment. Love it.

Product - a phone - works OK now for a week so far. Pre-sales support by Best Buy Chat was good. Post-sales support by Best Buy Chat was not so good (but it was not a major problem.) Activation of the phone went smoothly and was easy enough.

I bought this for my granddaughter birthday it is perfect for a child and adult its almost better than my galaxy 10. Its a reasonable price and has alot of features. I bought air time for only 20 dallors for unlimited talk and text with 1g of internet use which is perfect for a 9 year old she loves it .

It's a simple cell phone at a good price! I never registered to get a number, I just use the apps run it off my wifi....kinda like a tablet. Camera works well also.

This phone was purchased as a small, inexpensive device that my toddler could use to occasionally watch a specific child friendly app. Since it's only being used in wifi, this set up is perfect as a minutes plan or subscription is not necessary for our purposes. Out of the box this phone fit our needs. Great product for this type of use!

Similar to an Iphone or Smart phone but probably not with as many bells and whistles. Uses TracFone as the provider. Quite thin and is slippery in the hand. Suggest buying a case of some kind.

I got this as we needed a second phone quickly. For $30 it's not bad at all. For our purposes it will be "just a phone" for calls and texts, but I can't complain. Honestly for the cost of the phone and the service I wonder why I'm paying US Cellular as much as I do. Great phone. Easy set up. Highly recommend.

Size - it's on the small side, good for small hands It's kind of heavy, it seems like it doesn't respond so well sometimes. the service is okay.
