Don't know. Recently purchased for 17011 & it works great on Tracfone. Check with Tracfone - they should be able to tell you. I only have it for two weeks, but I am very happy with this phone. I added a 32g card & phone works very well. My previous phone had a 4g card. I think 32g will be more than I need, but you never know.

The memory capacity is much better, the system is easy to navigate and has much better response time. I live in 14623 so I assume it will work for you there in 13820.
