Works really well. Easy to get cases like amazon or in store. Great camera, great features, memory holds more than you think, works well. Only $79.99 and than buy a prepaid card best deal $80 or $100 for a full year. Lasts quite some time. Or get as cheap as $20 or $30 or $50 anything that fits your budget. When you use just wifi its free. Doesnt use data or anything either. LOVE THIS PHONE

I love my new Samsung phone over my last smart phone from Trac fone. It like going from early 20 century into the 21st century in phones. The phone is faster with data and browsing the internet. I get my messages within seconds and much more storage available for apps.

The phone is 4g seems to be pretty fast. Good screen size. Gets realy good reception. We have had multiple phones that don't get coverage or barely do were we live this one works good

While not a many features a more expensive phones, what you get for the price is well worth the purchase. Good camera, screen resolution, and android OS. So-so battery life. Good phone for the smart phone novice.

By far the best Tracfone we have had. Its quick and efficient. Takes decent pictures and doesnt freeze like our old one.

Android 6.0, 8G ram, 4GLTE service for a bit more than $100 is really a bargain. I upgraded from an LG I bought 2 years ago with 3G data. This works so much better, handles many more apps, and is much easier to use. The only quirk is the mute button generally does not unmute for 2 days. I now use the volume control to mute instead, and have vibrate on at all times.

We decided to upgrade our Tracphone due to battery life issues. What a tremendous surprise with the new Galaxy Luna. We did not want the cost and commitment of a regular cell contract, and we were able to carry over our last plan and number. It is so user-friendly, having great reception, and no battery problems. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy this camera, but I having issues with storage. The internal memory of 8 gigs gets full real quick. So far a lot of the apps can’t be transfer to the second card. Just don’t use a lot of apps on this phone. One pro is you can use a 128gb sd card which can help transfer files off the internal memory.

I'm pretty cheap and wanted a cheap smartphone on for a TracFone account. A Best Buy fellow steered me away from a $29 option and I'm glad he did. This is as good as a pricey smartphone...good screen, good audio, easy android system. There is a limitation that comes with the cheap price. A limited internal memory restricts the number of apps you can install. I added a 16 GB memory chip, but only some new apps can be transferred to it. In short, if you're willing to limit your apps and don't need iOS, you can get a great device with cheap (pay per minute of talk) no contract phone service. Best Buy advice was good but didn't warn me about limitations.

No drop calls and clear call clarity. I mostly use it as an MP3 player with a phone bounce as a backup so I don't have to kill my good phone. The lack of normal Samsung programs is both a good and a bad - it means the memory is steamlined but it also means some of the better Samsung programs are not included. I would recommend it!

My Samsung Luna is great. It has a screen that is easy to read but not to bulky. It is easy to operate even for this beginner. I like the idea of buying it outright and the ability to buy minutes when I need them, no contract.

This is a very easy and economical smartphone for those of us who want an uncomplicated tool to call, text, and take pics. That's all I wanted this phone for, although it has many other capabilities. For $70. It's great!

I purchased three of these phones for Christmas 2016. One for me, and two for my kids. They have all worked great. I have been very pleased with the phone. I think I get 90% of the functionality for 20% of the price of the top of the line phones. There are some things to be aware of: First, I have been unable to get the phone to treat an external SD Card as internal memory. This is a new feature of Android 6 that I was really looking forward to having. That means there is only about 4GB of memory available for applications. While you can move some of the applications to the SD card, it is not like I thought it was going to be where I could add an SD card and expand my memory to a large size. This limits the number of apps I can install. Second, the rear facing camera is not auto - focus. This is disappointing as I can not scan barcodes. This eliminates use of apps like Sam's Club scan and go any app that uses bar codes (and probably QR codes). Overall, I am very happy. I would buy again even with the limitations as the price is great.

I wasn't sure about this cell phone, especially after problems with other Samsung phones. But this phone is super easy to use, with many cool features that my old phone did not have.

I'm not a big streaming data downloader and mainly used my previous cell phone for phone calls and rare texting! How about that? I grudgingly gave up my ancient Virgin Mobile flip phone for this prepaid TracFone primarily for the prepaid option. VM would have had me get a relatively expensive, monthly plan that far exceeded my needs. I'm having fun with this Android phone, adding apps and learning about its versatility. I enjoy the macro option on the camera. This phone is a great value for me.

This unit replaced my Galaxy 3, which I got back in the day when it was the newest Galaxy out. It has been such a good quality phone, I wouldn't go with anyone else but Samsung Galaxy. When I received my NEW Galaxy 7, the color and the clarity of the screen was absolutely phenomenal! I got the International version, which gives me the extra sim card port, so when I go visit my granddaughter in Grenada, I can use this phone instead of buying one just for the trip! GREAT PHONE!

I bought this for my daughter as her first smart phone. It's got a good amount of RAM and it takes a 64GB micro-SD card so she can store movies and lots of music.
