The phone gets good reception better than other ones weve had. 2 weeks after we got phone sim card went bad. We purchased another phone to use till trac phone sent us another sim card and that one has been working good for a couple months

I am learning to love my new "Smart Phone". I appreciate features, particularly the ease of using the camera, volume control, and having my email and calendar available at the touch of a button. I also appreciated the excellent customer service at Best Buy when I purchased the phone. The employee was patient with my questions and concerns, answering them all, and getting my new phone set up with all the info from my old phone.

I like the phone for many different reasons. I like the size,it is not to big to carry in my purse. The numbers are big enough that I don,t need my glasses to read them .I like the idea of a flashlight. The camera works well and take a nice picture.

This is a nice phone. I does everything I need. The only exception is that it will not scan barcodes in some apps, but works with others. This is probably more of a problem with the apps than the phone. The camera is good, but it is not as good as you will find in a more expensive phone. For the price ... this is an all around good phone.

I love this phone and suits my purpose. I do not want to part with my land phone and I can read news, text, send/receive e-mails, take selfies/pictures. Has all sorts of apps and it's cost effective for me.

Purchased this a few months ago and the phone is great. Works fast and is light. would recommend to anyone.

I chose this little phone because we were planning an overseas trip and I wanted to have a phone capable of handling a translation program. The staff at Best Buy were most helpful in choosing the phone and transferring my data from my previous Samsung phone. I love the apps and have added a few of my own. Also the camera is excellent - probably better than my digital camera.

Love this no contract phone. Works great! Easy to use, takes great pictures.

This phone is just the thing for most users. It fits in your pocket and you'll foget it's there. It does anything you would want a android phone to do. If you need more space, add a micro SD card, it's just that simple. I use this phone in combo with a bluetooth smartwatch and it performs like a pro. You will want to take care of this phone, it's a good one..

I am so thrilled to purchase this cell phone. I had so much trouble with the last one, it was complicated so I hardly turned it on! After Maddy showed me the features, how to use them, etc. now I love to use it all the time! It is so great to have someone that is so knowledgeable about cell phones and gave me all the help I needed. Thank you Best Buy and Maddy!

Purchased phone for my 94 year old mother. She loves it! The phone has all the features she needs to keep in tough with her family and friends by phone and text. Keystrokes are easier to manage. I have been a Samsung fan for a long time so I recommended this phone after reviewing several others. The price at Best Buy was the best on the internet.

We'd been using Verizon pre-paid non-smart phone for years, but they like to send you a message the day AFTER all your minutes expire instead of giving some warning. So based on experience with another tracfone decided to get this - works great, and a 40 dollar card covers 3 months easily for us.

The phone is what I wanted. Added a 128gb card for additional storage. Now the phone has 136gb for lots of data storage and pictures. Used the app to transfer all of the friends and numbers that I had on my previous phone. The battery life is 4x what I had on the other phone. I would recommend the phone.

It is very easy, is perfect for me. I do not use the phone a lot, I am very satisfied w/this prepaid phone, my minutes are not being wasted, I just like very much knowingly if I have an emergency , I have a phone at hand. Well, that's it! To me this phone is for emergencies, and this is all I need for now

I am still learning about the phone but it seems to be a good phone for the price it can make calls in some areas I could not before . Voice commands are very easy camera quality is surprisingly good like I said all in all it's a good phone for the price
