“Instructions state that the battery should last up to 11 days. With all apps, wi fi, data, location, etc. disabled, I get about a 5 days before I have to recharge battery, there is no audible low battery signal, is this a defect with this phone?”

I have never found that you ever get more then 4 days out of a charge truth is that is better then most phones even those that cost much more live with it . There is a setting that will give you a % of battery reading helpful as well as an alert to low battery non audbel hope this helps.
