Hi. This is Cristy from TracFone Wireless. If your old phone is an Android device, you can download the Transfer Wizard App from Google Play Store. It allows customers to easily transfer personal content (contacts, messages, pictures and videos) from one Smartphone device to another, while connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The Transfer Wizard supports content transfers between most Apple iOS and Android devices. However, if your old phone is a basic phone, you will need to manually enter it to the new phone.
