“Can you use these while watching TV or do they just connect to the Xbox one?”

• As far as I know they only connect to Xbox, it might connect to other things but I have not tried. Hope this answers the Q.

• Connects with a USBport device and connects thru syncing to that device so I imagine you could if your tv had a USB port for audio

• YES* ( If your watching TV through your Xbox one.) i have not try it through just smart TV yet but if it has a USB it shooed work
