• Geek Squad has like a 60 day or so satisfaction guarantee on installs. I suggest you call the store and talk to the install manager. They should fix it without an additional charge.

• Yes you world have to pay. When they came out they asked your preference on placement prior to mounting the tv. Contacting customer service and you may be able to get 20% off the install. Our contract the person who installed your tv with the business card provided.
