“I have 55in TV mounted above my fire place mantel using Sanus Advanced Tilt TV wall mount. Does the mount need to be moved when installing a 65in tv I purchased and pickup in a few days? Hope not or will need to stay with a 55in TV..”

They shouldn't have to. The mounting brackets are adjustable so shouldn't be an issue.
