• There is a small pinhole on the back of the unit for resetting. There is also a factory reset option in the screen settings.

• Must take down off the rearview mirror. reset button is a pin hole on the back, I am on my third unit. It is doing the same thing, shutting down while driving. I do not recommend this company, Vantop.
