Yes, it does. We moved to a rural area and this is our only internet source. Once we get to 22gb, it’s nothing not even google search.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works pretty good for a laptop and, say, an iPhone 8plus at the same time. That includes Netflix, but it’s not always the best for Netflix. There’s quite a bit more buffering with the jet pack, but it’s great for mobile to mobile devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just purchased the device a few weeks ago. Verizon represented that with its prepaid unlimited data plan (as opposed to the non pre paid plan) there is no intentional slowing down the speed. Pre-paid price was even a bit cheaper. I am in a rural area in East Texas and am only using the jetpack for Internet browsing and Netflix and other streaming on the TV. I have access to 4G LTE where I am and get only 2 bars on the jetpack and on my cellphone. I have to place the device near the window and I also get better cellphone service if I walk outside. I am happy to have any connectivity so I am easy to please. The jetpack is pretty useful and the Internet does cut out occasionally and I just turn the device on and off thinking it somehow resets everything and I usually get back on track fairly quickly. Check to see if you are in a Verizon 4G LTE coverage area.
