Call Best Buy and they can verify your purchase online and clear it for you. I had the same issue but easily fixed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. It seemed to Verizon that I stole the phone or something when I tried to get Verizon to activate it. I called Best Buy and told them the problem and they verified my online purchase and cleared it for me. When I called Verizon back there was no problem activating it.
