These are the exact questions I was searching for, and I'm not encouraged to find NO answer anywhere. This info should be in the product description in the first place - "Prepaid Cellphone" is the product and what you get for your $25 is much more important than "can I get whatsapp" or "can I pay Verizon even MORE money for an account". Not very impressed, Verizon. Or BestBuy...
