Phone says no service. How do we get service? null

A Best Buy Associate will need to activate and setup a Verizon prepaid account (phone number) for you when you purchase the phone. Or if you already have a Verizon prepaid telephone number, you can purchase the phone and take it to Verizon and they will activate and add your phone to your number... or you could do it yourself. I did my dad's.
