“Can the Ballpark app be loaded? Overview mentions Google Play where I would get Ballpark but most flip phones will not. Can no longer enter MLB park without this app, have old phone and season tickets so cant go without person with smartphone. Thx”

Nope, no apps can be downloaded to the phone. The phone does run ASOP (Android Open Source) as it's OS but there isn't any access to Google Play
