You can access your user manual on Vizio's support website, here: http://cdn.vizio.com/documents/m50d1/um-m50d1.pdf. Please ensure that you are using an HD source to achieve the best picture quality. If you still need help, Geek Squad offers ISF-certified TV calibrations to ensure you are getting the best picture possible. You can learn more by clicking on the recommendations here, visiting your local store, or by calling 1 (800) 433-5778.

There is a PDF version of the Manual if you Google "Vizio M55 manual" It will probably have mostly technical jargon and troubleshooting so it won't likely be the best resource for setting up a good picture quality. However, here is a site that sets up your picture's specs to look quite good. You'll likely still have to tweak a few things to get your preferred settings, but it is a great starting benchmark: http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/vizio/m-series-2016/settings. If your picture looks fuzzy, blurry, unclear, make sure you are watching HD content. DVDs and other non-HD formats will look worse by nature because of 4K. Standard definition television will also look blurry, distorted, etc. Think of it like a small photo being enlarged to the size of a billboard. It is going to look awful because it wasn't intended to be a billboard. Same concept with standard definition and 4k.
