• This display does not have a coaxial port or internal tuner. We recommend using an HDMI cable with your cable or satellite box. If your provider does not require one you would need an external tuner, sold separately.

• By "Screw in" you probably are talking about a coax connection. There are several HDMI connections (Hi-Def) but no coax. Not sure you would want to get a hi-def TV, only to use a coax connection. Most cable companies will give you a free HD box (which will use the HDMI connection)
