A:AnswerNot a bad pen. Check to see if Bluetooth is set to on on the laptop. You normally need to go into settings and manually toggle it on. Then press and hold down the end button on the pen until light comes on.
A:AnswerI can confirm that the stylus works with my Q534, but it is my understanding that the older version of the Q534 does not support Windows Ink so if that's the one you have this stylus may not work. Otherwise, there is pressure sensitivity in photoshop although it's not that impressive compared to an actual stylus and tablet (but I can overlook that since you can draw directly on the screen!).
A:AnswerThe device you are using needs to be windows inc compatible. If it is not, then the sync will not work because it requires that software to perform its functions. Not every new computer has is installed.

Thank you for your questions. For the tip of the pen to work, you must have MPP (Microsoft Pen Protocol) or Wacom AES Pen Technology built-in with your device (One or the other is a must). Now, it seems you are only missing Pen Pressure inside Photoshop and for this you may likely need to get Photoshop's Pen pressure recognition on (have in mind not all tools have pen pressure). For example, If you are using the CC version you can go to the "Window" option from the upper menu and select "Brush" (you can also simply press F5 to get there) and from there you can see for "Shape Dynamics", a drop down menu next to Control: , there you want to make sure it is set to Pen Pressure.

A:AnswerI installed the drivers and had no problem getting it to pair with my Yoga 720 but my issue was the limitation of uses on the Yoga. It seemed to be definitely designed for Ink apps only and not other apps.
