QuestionI recently bought HP eny x360 and bamboo ink. they said it is compatible however when i tried using it does not pair. is there a program that i need to install first?

- Answer There are 2 protocols for the pen and it sounds like your device doesn't use the default. On our Envy, we had to do this. Simply hold down both sides of the button on the side of the pen for 2 seconds and it will blink twice and change to the other mode. Then it should pair. Good luck! It is a great digitizer. (Step 4 on the "Getting Started" page explains it more: http://www.wacom.com/en/getting-started/bamboo-ink)

QuestionI just bought this stylus and have it paired up to my computer. For some reason when I got o touch the screen with the stylus it does not work on a Dell Inspiron 13 500 series. Is this type of stylus the right stylus for my computer and if not what is?

- Answer Please try both of the compatibility settings as shown in the manual. If your device is compatible with neither, try a universal stylus. Universal styluses are compatible with all touchscreen devices and require no wireless setup

QuestionI accidentally took the top cap off of the Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus, thinking that is how you accessed the battery. Is there an easy way to get it back on?

- Answer I did the same thing. Unfortunately, it kept falling off. I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it, no questions asked.

QuestionI just bought this pen and the HP envy x360 m6 I got the two linked up and the top button would operate correctly but the pen would not work, even after the two buttons were pushed. Is this the right pen for the laptop or is there another model.

- Answer Hello and thank you for reaching out about the Wacom Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus able to work with the Lenovo C940. While Wacom tests on a wide variety of Lenovo laptops, not all are tested. However, if the Lenovo C940 supports Microsoft Pen Protocol, then the Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus and other pens may work.
