Sounds odd that your battery is not holding a charge long enough to finish a brushing. I would call Customer Service. You might need a new unit. The battery cannot be changed by the owner.

Please try again later.If you were having what sounds like the motor losing power after just cleaning the bottom row, I would take it back to where you bought it, and ask for a new unit. This motor should last for years, and I certainly do not see any slow down of the motor each time.

Factors such as how often it is used, how often it is cleaned, etc. all play a large part in it. However, it does carry a three-year warranty and it will typically well outlive the warranty period.
